HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

Estazzi set out to create the best infused sparkling beverages available, full stop. If you find for any reason that we have not met that standard, we have a 30-day return policy for any product in its original packaging.

Please contact us at hello@estazzi.com to initiate returns, subject line “Return product.”

We will reply with a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Be willing to provide photos and/or additional documentation so that we can fully address issues with our associated fulfillment partners.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For products purchased from a third-party (e.g., brick and mortar retail store), please return products with proof of purchase directly to that third-party. If you have any issues completing an in-store return, please let us know.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
